Dr. Nima Ghorbani is a full professor at Tehran University and a member of the faculty of New Washington School of Psychiatry. He is an official observer of the International Association of Experimental Dynamic Therapies (IEDTA). In addition to training therapists in the field of Intensive and Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), he deals with theoretical and experiential training such as communication skills, the nature of unconscious processes, and the fascination-compassion continuum hypothesis. In the 1990, he pioneered experiential psychological training for managers.
